You'll receive an email advising of your specific upgrade window. 

  • Your Storeplay login credentials remain unchanged.
  • Each store simply needs to download a new app and login. Easy!

What You Need To Stores Need To Do?

Download the Storeplay Radio (RetailOS) App

Head to the App Store or Google Play and download the app available for both iOS and Android, mobile and app. Search "Storeplay Radio (RetailOS)".

Log In

Log in with your credentials when prompted. Select your store location from the drop down, and allow access to location services when prompted.

Start Playing!

Select your playlist, and away you go!

FAQs

Will this affect store operations?

No. The upgrade is designed to be low-touch and simply requires the store to download their new Storeplay Radio (RetailOS) app.

Will stores experience downtime?

No. Music will continue playing, with a short period until the "play" button is pressed on the new app after log in.

Do store teams need to do anything?

Yes. Your store will need to download the new app through the App Store or Google Play, depending on their device type.
