What You Need To Do (Quick Check)

Check For Offline Devices

Look for any devices marked offline. Offline devices WILL NOT upgrade.

Reboot Offline Devices

For any offline device:

Unplug it from the wall, wait 30 seconds, plug it back in and allow it to reconnect.

Rebooted devices will automatically upgrade.

FAQs

Will this affect store operations?

No. The upgrade is designed to be low-touch and runs automatically.

Will stores experience downtime?

Devices will briefly reboot during the upgrade, but no ongoing disruption is expected.

Do store teams need to do anything?

No. All checks can be done centrally via your dashboard.

What if a device is offline during the upgrade?

It will upgrade automatically once it reconnects.

Is this a one-time change?
